December 20, 2013: Magic Kingdom & Airport

Friday, December 20, 2013 was our last day in Walt Disney World. After doing the resort airline check in and checking our carry-ons, we had breakfast at the Contempo Cafe in the Contemporary. From there we went to the Magic Kingdom. Our first stop was the Peter Pan Meet and Greet. One of the other guests had done the rooster call which prompted Peter Pan to do a VERY loud rooster call!

Ariel's Grotto was our next stop as there was a nominal wait and we had our pictures taken with Ariel. We then used our Fastpass+ experience to go on Under The Sea, the Little Mermaid attraction. Pete's Silly Circus was our next stop as there was no wait time to get photos with Daisy Duck, Minnie Mouse, Goofy, and Donald Duck.

We took the railroad train from Fantasyland to Frontierland on our way to the Jungle Cruise. As we came off the train, we saw the Woody and Jesse were outside of Splash Mountain. After having our picture taken with Woody and Jesse we walked over to Adventureland and went on the Jungle Cruise which was re-themed the Jingle Cruise for the holidays. Basically the attraction is the same except for some Christmas decorations in the que, the boats were renamed with holiday themese and Trader Sam had a slight change in his look.

Our last experience of our trip was we went back to Magician Mickey for a photograph. Mickey played his card trick with us this time which was a lot of fun. We made our way back to the Contemporary and took the Magical Express to the airport. Unfortunately as we arrived the board at the airport showed that our flight was delayed from 4:30 to 5:10 PM. After more delays, we did not leave Orlando until 6:00 PM.
